Originally founded as a Mayflower agency in Littleton, Colorado, Metro Moving has been serving local, out of state, international and military moves since 1969. Now owned by Walt Edwards, the company is an agent of National Van Lines. National Van Lines is the second largest military move servicor in the nation and a large servicor of national accounts, household and General Service Agency moves. Metro Moving is one of the largest household booking agencies in National Van Lines’ network of agents, and our core team has decades of experience and expertise in household moves.
Our agency is Department of Defense approved and has an on-site public weight scale to meet the needs of various companies and individuals.
An Obsessive Attention to Detail
We utilize advanced moving software to help estimate the cost of your move as accurately as possible. If requested, we will also conduct an in-home estimate. With our software, we survey your goods, offer suggestions on moving, and accurately estimate the cost of your move.
Our trained, professional crews are certified in packing, safe loading and delivery of your treasured possessions. They also undergo a thorough background check and drug screen before being hiring.
Our operational staff will arrive on move day on-time and in uniform, ensuring that your residence is guarded with floor, doorway and stairway protection before the first piece of furniture is moved! We also use a 7-point survey evaluating our service to you during the whole move.
