• Right from the start, I felt that I was dealing with a professional sales representative; our move date was dependent on the buyer of our home securing his loan so was tentative at first. Once we had a date, we ran into a potential weather situation but Walt Edwards stayed in contact and we finally were able to settle on 03/24/17 as the move date. Since we are still waiting for our apartment to be available in the Littleton area, Walt arranged for our belongings to be placed in storage until we had a new home. Walt and his associates helped alleviate some of the stress involved with our move.The crew arrived almost exactly on time to the minute of the scheduled time. They immediately did an overview of all the items to be moved. Two of the crew started loading all the boxes and containers that we had staged in the garage and the other member tagged all the furniture and related pieces that were to be part of the move. They worked so well together that they had everything loaded into the truck in an efficient and quick manner. They then did a walk thru with me to assure that all that was to be moved had been loaded onto the truck. All in all, a very stressful situation for me was handled in a very professional manner and I appreciated their consideration and workmanship as they handled all my belongings.— Ed and Judy L.
• I have moved over a dozen times in my career and my last move with Metro was by far the easiest. Friendly and explained the details well. Pricing was right in line and the estimator was very helpful. Crew was great. Very concerned about not damaging the old house or the new one. • Tom, I just want to reach out and tell you how great our move was – your team was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was professional and courteous and took much of the stress out of our recent move. The team who assisted with loading and unloading the truck went out of their way to make everything smooth and easy for us. I have to admit I was quite surprised at the speed in which they loaded and unloaded our stuff but despite being so quick they took great care in ensuring our stuff was not damaged. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a moving company and I have used at least three different companies in the past due to moves within my company and not one of them was anywhere near your team’s service levels.
